Beak> return with a new sound on their new instrumental track “Allé Sauvage” – hypnotic drums structures and looping retro-futuristic synthesizers swell in modulating crescendi, overlapped by eery key layers that indeed direct the listener into a dark alley of sound: music to night-drive to.
The music video is a live performance collaboration with video artist John Minton who already worked with Portishead and Savages. John Minton transforms the retro-futuristic sound into a vintage video collage visualization.
Beak just signed to Temporary Residence, Brooklyn. “Allé Sauvage” is the first track taken from their upcoming album to be released on Invada Records and Temporary Residence. Beak are Geoff Barrow, Billy Fuller and Will Young.
